When a class is about to start, please login to your ‘Dashboard’, you will be able to find a ‘Join’ button corresponding to your upcoming class. The button will be active only 5 minutes before class start time

After checking out the course details, scroll down for the other courses uploaded by the teacher and find the ‘Demo course’ uploaded by her. If you are unable to find this, do reach out to our team at [email protected] or send us a whatsapp at +91-85888 83415 and we will be sure to help you!

You can enrol in the demo course and in case you like it, you can book the course and make a payment for it. If you are not satisfied with the demo class. You can look for other teachers for the same course on our platform

Wizaru takes the entire course tuition fee in advance. We are not responsible for any direct payment to the teacher, as that could lead to potential deceit and we do not take any liability for such payments. In the same spirit, we request all transactions to happen through the Wizaru website!

Study material uploaded by the teacher will show up on your dashboard, under ‘My Courses’ section, by selecting the specific course. You will also be able to check for any assignments, supplies, or general course information from there!

In case refund is a provision in the course, we will refund you for the classes which are yet to be taken by the teacher, on a pro-rata basis. Refund is also provided when a teacher skips a class. No, it is not, you can re-purchase a course. Once a course ends, and the last class has taken place, the teacher will upload another batch on Wizaru. You can purchase the course again by taking up a batch of your choice and thereby continue with the course

To ensure this, we onboard all our tutors after having a thorough background check. We onboard them only if they have a past experience or a certification of teaching the course, However, to ensure more safety, we also maintain a database of their legal I.D proofs

We take utmost care to ensure privacy during our online live classes. All the teachers are verified by Wizaru and only verified students can only join the classes via the student dashboard. Additionally, we record our classes to ensure student safety and healthy learning environment

b. Late joiners will not be entertained. Students should ensure joining the class 5 minutes from the start time of the class

c. Cover up sessions will be provided on a best effort basis after coordinating with the teacher. Wizaru will be providing with video recording of missed classes to ensure loss of learning

d. Guardians are requested to restrict their queries to the end of the session or can direct the same to Wizaru support team. Kindly follow this practice so as to not disturb or interrupt the learning of other students during a class

e. Parents are strictly prohibited to exchange any sort of contact details with the teacher. Wizaru would ensure a seamless communication between teacher and student via student dashboard and organizing parent teacher meeting (based on the course)

You set your own prices and will be paid based on the number of learners that enroll.

The requisite amount of the course payment collected by Wizaru will be transferred to your account, via the payout details provided by you, at the end of each month.

We at Wizaru strive to provide the best in classes services to teachers and students to ensure a seamless learning experience. To provide all these services, there are a lot of third party costs that we incur like payment gateway charge, zoom license fee, as well as platform maintenance cost among other things.

To pay for these costs, we take a small service fee from teachers so that not only we can run our platform, but also develop our platform to provide even better services going ahead. This means that Wizaru only earns when you earn, and our incentives are aligned. Both Wizaru and teachers are supported by parents enrolling. In the spirit of this arrangement, all class fees must be paid through the Wizaru platform.

a. We will provide a dashboard to create, monitor and run your classes.

b. We will provide access to a free zoom license to conduct classes, this feature is integrated right into the Wizaru website.

c. We will help our teachers market their courses and reach a wider audience.

d. We will help teachers manage all the payment collection from students.

e. Additionally, our platform allows: batch creation, content-sharing, student transferring in different batches, calendar integration, among other things.

We welcome teachers from many different backgrounds! That being said, we have a few requirements. Wizaru teachers must be:

a. At least 18 years of age

b. Currently located in and full-time residents of India

c. Have experience in teaching kids between the ages of 3-18

d. Have expertise in the subject they want to teach on the platform with prior teaching experience

All transactions and communication must take place through the Wizaru platform itself. In light of this, we would request all payments to be made through the website and all communication to happen during the scheduled classes. Incase you require a chat with parents, you can reach out to our team and we can arrange the same for you. Please don’t share personal phone numbers, social media links or any details, as that could lead to you being blacklisted from the portal

c. Incase you are unavailable to take a class, you must add the same in the ‘availability’ tab provided in your personal dashboard, atleast 24 hours prior to the start time of the class. Missing classes without doing so, will result in strict penalty

d. All classes are recorded for safety and quality assurance, and any inappropriate behaviour detected by our team during classes, will result in permanent blacklisting from the platform

e. Teachers are strictly prohibited to exchange any sort of contact details with the parent or student. Wizaru would ensure a seamless communication between teacher and student via your dashboard and organizing parent teacher meeting (based on the course)
